Elinor Hall serves as Bill's project manager.  She energetically and lovingly helps facilitate Bill's work and mission, as she organizes, schedules, interfaces with seminar sponsors, networks, and generally supports the many details of this special work.

Elinor possesses a wide variety of personal, spiritual and work experiences. She was an educator for 25 years, both as a teacher and school administrator.  She has also been in business, and was closely involved in the writing and production of several of the Chicken Soup for the Soul books for women. Elinor also owned her own business, Perfect Order, where she helped people organize their office and personal space, their files, and in many cases their lives.

Spiritually, she has spent many years committed to her personal growth - through meditation, prayer, practicing and teaching healing modalities, and occasionally seeking the counsel of wise beings, Bill Bauman among them.  Now, Elinor is in the "quiet, grace-filled place" of the power and truth of being.

She lives in St. George, Utah - near Bill - where she daily drinks in the beauty of the red rocks, breathes in the Light of the brilliant sun, and celebrates life's continually unfolding blessings.
